What is voice and CX outsourcing?
Voice and CX outsourcing hands customer conversations to a specialist provider: answering inbound calls, running outbound campaigns, covering nights and weekends, handling chat, email and social messages, and supporting customers or employees with technical issues. In the Philippines, these programs are delivered from hubs in Metro Manila, Cebu, Davao and provincial cities by a large English-speaking workforce familiar with US, UK and Australian customers. Buyers usually outsource to extend hours, absorb peaks, add languages or lower cost against onshore teams while keeping service levels. PITON-Global does not run contact centers itself. We assess each buyer’s requirements, vet providers on interval service levels, security and leadership, and deliver a shortlist of 6–10 providers suited to the program, at no cost to the buyer.
Which voice or CX service do I need?
Start with how customers reach you and what you want to improve. If most contacts are phone calls and the problem is hold time, look at inbound call center services with interval-based staffing. If you need to reach customers for sales, renewals or surveys, outbound is the fit, with dialer-enforced compliance. If the gap is after-hours coverage, a 24/7 program extends your service to every hour. When customers move between chat, email, social and phone, an omnichannel contact center keeps one history across channels. If service levels are fine but satisfaction and churn are not improving, CX outsourcing adds analysis and closed-loop follow-up. Technical support serves your customers using your products; an IT help desk serves your own employees. Many programs combine two or three of these, and a shortlist can cover all of them.
What does voice and CX outsourcing cost in the Philippines?
Indicative 2026 rates for Philippine voice and CX programs run from about $8 to $32 per agent hour. General care, survey and email agents sit at the lower end, typically $8 to $16. Bilingual agents, licensed agents for insurance or financial lines, and specialist seats such as workforce planners, dispatchers and CX analysts sit higher, around $10 to $20. Multilingual agents run about $12 to $32. Pricing can be per hour, per contact, per resolved contact, or tied to outcomes such as NPS once a baseline exists. Total cost depends on hours covered, languages, channel mix, compliance scope and how much of the workforce planning and quality work the provider owns. Each service page in this hub carries its own rate card. For a program-specific estimate, PITON-Global prices the requirement against vetted providers during shortlisting.
