Susann Holler, M.D.
President – Healthcare BPO Services
Susann is the President for Conventas’s Healthcare BPO services. As the president, Susann is in charge of overseeing all healthcare-related BPO program implementations.
Prior to working for Conventas, Susann finished her residency program in Emergency Medicine at the University Hospital in Heidelberg, Germany. She also gained clinical experience while working in Cardiothoraxic- and General Surgery. Besides her clinical work she was the coordinator of the implementation and development of a new Medical School curriculum at the Department of Surgery at the University of Heidelberg.
Susann holds a summa cum laude medical degree from the University of Heidelberg in Germany and she passed the Medical Boards in the United States. For her internship she had a DAAD scholarship for Duke University in Durham, North Carolina and Baylor College in Houston, Texas. Dr. Holler finished her doctoral research thesis for her magna cum laude German doctorate degree at the University of Washington, Seattle.
