Sandra Silvestre is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of PITON. Sandra oversees all client projects and is in-charge of the day-to-day operations of the company’s offshore BPO consulting practice. She is responsible for ensuring that the operations achieve their general business objectives and that all projects are timely, meeting their targets and of the highest quality in servicing PITON’s clientele. Prior to joining PITON, Sandra worked for International Data Corporation (IDC), the world's largest and leading IT market intelligence firm. At IDC, she managed a wide range of customized research and consulting projects for multinational clients. Sandra also served as marketing executive for their Philippine operations in which she conceptualized, developed and implemented strategic marketing programs.
Sandra holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Research (Cum Laude) from the University of the Philippines and a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Management (Dean’s Lister) from the Asia Pacific College.
